Our client is an AI-powered logistics technology company building the next-generation operating layer for complex supply chains. Their platform replaces fragmented workflows and legacy transport management with intelligent, connected, and autonomous logistics solutions that drive faster execution, better decision-making, and measurable commercial outcomes.Already live in North America and with strong traction internationally, the company is entering a critical U.S. growth phase, with an initial focus on tire manufacturing and distribution and significant opportunity to expand into adjacent logistics‑intensive industries.
Job Description- Serve as the Director leading the U.S. go-to-market and market expansion strategy, owning a critical phase of North American commercial growth.
- Convert early U.S. and Canadian traction into signed, referenceable customers while helping establish a repeatable, scalable revenue engine.
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, demos, commercial negotiations, closing, expansion, and account growth.
- Build market credibility and executive-level relationships across North America through direct outreach, industry events, conferences, and field activity.
- Define and refine the U.S. go-to-market playbook, including ICP development, messaging, qualification criteria, sales stages, forecasting discipline, and account strategy.
- Develop a clear target-account motion across priority buyers, industries, and logistics challenges.
- Act as a key conduit between customers, product, and marketing, ensuring customer insights inform product roadmap, positioning, and adoption.
- Collaborate closely with European-based teams to localize messaging, sales motions, and product fit for U.S. operating environments.

The Successful Applicant- Proven commercial or GTM leadership experience, ideally within B2B SaaS, supply chain, logistics, or enterprise technology environments.
- Strong enterprise sales background with the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in complex sales cycles.
- Experience supporting or leading entry into new geographic markets, preferably within North America.
- Credible, confident communicator with the ability to engage executives, customers, founders, and cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working in high-growth, fast-moving environments with evolving structure and priorities.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the U.S. and Canada, with regular collaboration with UK and European teams.
