Senior Inside Sales Representative
Acara Solutions is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Representative for a remote opportunity supporting a client in the waste and recycling equipment industry. Type: Full-time / Direct Hire
Location: Remote (U.S.)
Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000 base salary + uncapped commission Position OverviewThis role is focused on high-volume inside sales activity, engaging with warm leads to drive revenue for waste and recycling equipment industry services. The position is approximately 90% inside sales and 10% outside/customer-facing as needed.Key Responsibilities-Conduct ~150 outbound calls per day to warm leads provided by a lead generation service-Manage daily call queues and follow-up activities-Engage prospects via phone and email to present and sell compactor services-Qualify leads, identify customer needs, and close sales opportunities-Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in CRM-Collaborate with internal teams to support customer onboarding and service delivery-Participate in occasional outside/customer-facing interactions as needed
