Our disability services client is seeking a mission-driven HR Receptionist to serve as the primary ambassador and professional "face" of our Human Resources department. Located at our central office, this role is vital in ensuring that our staff, candidates, and the individuals we serve are met with dignity, empathy, and administrative excellence.

education: Bachelors

• Primary HR Liaison: Serve as the first point of professional contact for all visitors and employees, managing front-line inquiries and multi-line communications.
• Operations & Scheduling: Coordinate complex meeting calendars between staff and HR representatives while ensuring accurate message distribution.
• Incident Triage: Evaluate incoming reports to identify and immediately escalate high-priority issues, such as workplace injuries or safety concerns.
• Confidential Data Management: Securely process sensitive employee files and documentation in strict compliance with privacy regulations.
• Conflict Resolution: Facilitate difficult or emotional conversations with a calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.
