Job Description- Prepare detailed cost estimates for NYC commercial interiors projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Review and interpret blueprints and project documents to assess material and labor requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align estimates with project goals and timelines.
- Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and On-Screen Takeoff for estimating tasks.
- Maintain and update cost databases to reflect current market trends and pricing.
- Participate in pre-bid and project planning meetings to provide valuable input on cost-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices in all estimating activities.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the estimating function.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Estimator should have:
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints for commercial interior projects.
