Job Description- Collaborate with project managers to plan, execute, and oversee multi-family construction projects.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient progress.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain clear communication and project alignment.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards and safety protocols are adhered to.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
- Identify and resolve project challenges in a timely and effective manner.
- Support in ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and building codes.
- Maintain accurate project records and provide updates to senior management.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Project Manager in Multi-Family should have:
