Job Description
  • Collaborate with project managers to plan, execute, and oversee multi-family construction projects.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient progress.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain clear communication and project alignment.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards and safety protocols are adhered to.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
  • Identify and resolve project challenges in a timely and effective manner.
  • Support in ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and building codes.
  • Maintain accurate project records and provide updates to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager in Multi-Family should have:
