Minimum Qualifications- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active State PTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification required from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
- Ability to provide care in a long-term care or post-acute setting preferred.
- Willingness to float between facilities as required by the client.
- Availability for 32-40 hours per week.
- Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Float requirement: candidate must be willing to float to other facilities as needed.
- Weekly hours: 32-40 hours per week.
