Position: Graphic Designer
Bausch-White Masonry, LLC is seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a leading masonry contractor, we specialize in providing high-quality masonry services to our clients. We are looking for a talented individual who can bring our company's vision to life through visually appealing designs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and social media graphics
- Develop and maintain the company's brand identity through consistent and cohesive designs
- Create and design layouts for proposals, presentations, and other business documents
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into design concepts
- Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate and high-quality printing of designs
- Maintain organized files and records of all design materials
- Communicate and present design ideas effectively to team members and clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate setting
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of print production processes and techniques
- Experience with web design and social media graphics is a plus
