We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cook II to join our dynamic culinary team. As a Cook II, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen, assisting in ensuring that high-quality meals are served to our guests and patrons. • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with focus on presentation and quality.
• Assist in planning and developing daily menus alongside the Head Chef and culinary team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor food stock levels and place orders to replenish supplies as necessary.
• Assist in the training and supervision of junior kitchen staff, providing guidance where needed.
• Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff in executing large scale events and during busy service periods.
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and meet our standards for taste and appearance.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures and standards.

• Proven experience as a Cook, with at least 2 years of professional culinary experience preferred.
• Knowledge of a wide variety of cuisines and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment, tools, and utensils.
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a kitchen setting.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Culinary school graduate is a plus but not required.
