As a Youth Care Worker, you will play a vital role in guiding young individuals towards personal growth and development while ensuring their well-being and safety.

• Provide direct supervision and care to young individuals in a residential setting.
• Develop and maintain positive and supportive relationships with youth to promote their emotional and social development.
• Implement and monitor individualized care plans, setting goals that promote academic, behavioral, and personal growth.
• Organize and lead recreational and educational activities that enrich the lives of youth.
• Ensure a safe and structured environment by following established procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with colleagues, educators, and other professionals to address the needs of youth and coordinate services.
• Facilitate open communication by listening to the concerns and needs of youth and responding appropriately.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience working with youth or in a similar care setting is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with young individuals.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with composure and professionalism.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
