The Roles We are Pipelining: We are seeking professionals for two primary paths:

Logistics Coordinators: Focused on domestic freight, carrier management, and warehouse liaison.

Import/Export Agents: Focused on international air/ocean freight, Incoterms, and Customs compliance. Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Logistics or International Trade.
  • Onsite Commitment: Ability to work 100% onsite at client facilities throughout the Bay Area.
  • Systems: Proficiency in CargoWise, SAP, Oracle, or similar TMS/ERP platforms.
  • Local Expertise: Familiarity with Bay Area geography, including drayage operations and airport (SFO/OAK) transfers.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or International Business is highly preferred. Why Randstad Direct Hire?

Responsibilities
  • Operational Flow: Manage end-to-end movement of goods across domestic and international supply chains.
  • Document Mastery: Audit and prepare Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, EEI filings, and SLIs.
  • Vendor Management: Negotiate rates with steamship lines, airlines, and drayage providers.
  • Problem Resolution: Navigate Port of Oakland congestion, equipment shortages, and customs holds in real-time.
  • Compliance: Maintain 100% adherence to CBP, DOT, and EAR/ITAR regulations where applicable.
