Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of key projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to driving successful outcomes.
Primary Duties- Lead project planning sessions and coordinate team activities
- Establish timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Track project performance and adjust plans as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality and compliance standards
- Provide regular project status updates to leadership
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated experience managing projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
- Salary Range: $115,000 – $125,000 annually
- Annual Bonus: Typically 10% – 20% of base salary
