The ServiceNow Administrator will be responsible for the following: Administering and maintaining the ServiceNow platform
Configuring and customizing ServiceNow modulesCreating and managing workflows, reports, and dashboards
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Providing technical support and troubleshooting issues
Managing user access and permissions
Performing upgrades and patches to the ServiceNow platform Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
3+ years of experience administering and configuring ServiceNow.Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
