Receptionist/Customer Care Representative - Rachel Mah Poy Insurance & Financial Services

Type: Full Time – Monday- Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Help our clients with accuracy, thoroughness, & "wow factor" service.
• Direct all incoming calls appropriately to our Sales or Customer Success Departments.
• Complete daily administrative tasks as assigned.
• Perform daily office maintenance and upkeep tasks as assigned.
• Complete daily lead generation activities.
• This role requires both warm and cold calling, and the successful candidate must be comfortable with and excel at- lead generation activities.

Requirements:

• 1 year experience in reception/administrative work (required)
• General Level 1 Insurance License -(preferred/ability to attain)
• Cold Call experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication, written, verbal and listening skills
• Self-motivated, goal oriented and enthusiastic
• Diligent and hardworking
• Proactive in problem solving

This is a Full-time position within a Desjardins Insurance Agency in Calgary AB, this is not a remote role
