Job Details- Location: Walsenburg, CO 81089 – Southern Colorado (Colorado travel nursing)
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks (May 4, 2026 – August 1, 2026)
- Setting: Level IV Trauma Center – Emergency Department / ER nurse role
- Shift: 12-hour days (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday)
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,890 – $1,990 (travel nurse pay)
- Employment Type: Travel Contract (Travel Nurse / Travel RN)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room (ER) experience required
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC (must be current and listed on profile at time of submission)
- Strong clinical assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented emergency department
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in the Emergency Department / ER
- Perform rapid assessments, triage, and prioritize patient care in a Level IV Trauma Center
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as ordered
- Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary team members
- Accurately and efficiently document patient care, assessments, and interventions
- Respond to emergency and trauma situations and provide life-saving interventions as needed
