- Estimated Weekly Salary: $1800-$1890 per week
- Minimum 2 years of recent LTAC and/or Telemetry experience in a hospital or long-term acute care setting
- Active Indiana RN license or multi-state compact RN license (must be attached to resume)
- ACLS & BLS certifications (American Heart Association)
- Demonstrated ventilator management and tracheostomy care experience
- Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and leadership skills
- Ability to delegate and prioritize patient care based on staff education and experience
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to LTAC and telemetry patients using the Nursing Process
- Manage ventilator-dependent patients and perform tracheostomy care per facility protocols
- Monitor telemetry, interpret cardiac rhythms, and respond to changes in patient condition
- Delegate, supervise, and coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education and mandatory training
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and the state Nurse Practice Act
