Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position available in an outpatient and skilled nursing facility setting. Job Details:
- Location: Outpatient and skilled nursing facility setting
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT), at least 2 years of outpatient therapy experience, valid certification, and relevant education credentials. No specific location requirement.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in skilled nursing facilities and outpatient clinics is preferred.
- Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The role involves delivering physical therapy services, assessing patient needs, documenting progress, and following facility protocols including Standard Operating Procedures.
