RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment.$750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
- Work as a member of the interdisciplinary team providing professional/clinical knowledge and skills in patient care
- May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses
- Work every other weekend schedule
- 16-hour minimum guaranteed hours per assignment
- EMR system: EPIC
- Must have at least 2 years of previous Med Surg RN experience
- At least 1 travel contract completion required
- Must be comfortable with neuro patients and surgical patients within the medical surgical unit
- Required certifications: BLS (AHA), NIHSS
- Wisconsin nursing license required
- Skills checklist must be completed within 1 year of submission date
- Driver's license, work history/resume, license verification, and copy of required certifications needed
- 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission
- Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility (unless Madison local with 10% rate reduction)
- No on-call responsibilities
