Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- One year of professional experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is required.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience providing therapy in post-acute or long-term care settings preferred.
- Experience with documentation systems common to SNF settings preferred.

- Shift details: Days 0830-1630.
