Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide skilled home health nursing services to patients in Olympia and the surrounding areas. This field‑based role focuses on delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care in the home setting while ensuring compliance with physician orders, agency standards, and regulatory requirements.
Schedule & Work Details- Schedule: Day shift, Monday through Friday
- Weekly Hour Guarantee: 32 hours
- Productivity Expectation: 30 points per week
- Coverage Area: Olympia and surrounding areas
- On‑Call/Weekend Requirement: Not applicable
- Mileage Reimbursement: Yes, reimbursed between patient visits only (not from home to first visit or last visit to home)
- Pay Rate: $51 to $53 per hour
- Perform skilled nursing visits in the home setting in accordance with physician orders and plans of care
- Complete comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing evaluations
- Deliver skilled interventions including medication management, patient education, and clinical monitoring
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support continuity of care
- Accurately document visits, assessments, and care provided in the electronic medical record
- Maintain compliance with agency policies, infection control standards, and state and federal regulations
- Active Registered Nurse license
- Prior home health nursing experience
- Ability to work independently in a field‑based environment
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
