Project / Program Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has an enterprise client seeking a Project/Program Manager III in Bellevue, WA.
Key Tasks:- Responsible for the coordination and completion of temporary and permanent power deployment projects across Amazon fulfillment network
- Oversees all aspects of multiple concurrent projects spanning utility upgrades, natural gas generator installations, switchgear deployments, and air permitting across multiple states
- Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of the program
- Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of all projects
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Performs a variety of tasks ranging from technical design review to vendor negotiations to regulatory compliance
- Leads and directs the work of contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected to solve complex power infrastructure challenges across diverse site conditions and regulatory environments
- Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department
- Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in power infrastructure, electrical systems, or a related area
- Must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
