Location: Corry, PAJob Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $42–$46 pay per visit | $10,000 sign-on bonus (paid quarterly)
About the Role
A growing home health organization in Western Pennsylvania is hiring full-time Registered Nurses to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. This is a flexible, community-based role with a strong onboarding program, real schedule flexibility, and a $10K bonus for the right candidate.If you have hospital experience and have been curious about home health, this is a great entry point.
Key Responsibilities- Provide skilled nursing care to home health patients in your assigned territory
- Develop and manage individualized patient care plans alongside the clinical team
- Complete documentation using electronic medical records (HomeCare HomeBase)
- Travel locally to patient homes within your service area (mileage reimbursement provided)
- Manage one on-call shift per week (5p–10p) and one weekend per month
- Active RN license in the State of Pennsylvania
- Associate degree or higher in Nursing
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience — Med/Surg, Telemetry, or ER backgrounds preferred
- BLS/AHA certification (assistance available if needed)
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance
- Home health experience a plus — not required
- $10,000 sign-on bonus paid out quarterly
