Minimum Requirements- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Colorado Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy required, including 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits.
- Ability to float within the Denver metro area as needed.
- Clinical documentation skills, including goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with regulatory and clinic standards.
- Adherence to state Practice Act and maintenance of professional licensure and continuing education.
- Professional behavior consistent with organizational code of conduct and patient safety practices.
- Preferred: experience supervising or precepting students and working with varied outpatient diagnoses.
- Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
- Duration: 13 week assignment.
- Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
- Therapy Model: 60-minute evaluations; 30-minute follow-up visits.
- Float Requirement: Candidate must be willing to float within the Denver area.
