We are currently seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Showroom Receptionist to join our Norwell team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction, administrative support, and working in a fast-paced showroom environment.
Responsibilities
Customer Service & Front Desk Support- Greet and welcome showroom customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Serve as a point of communication between clients and warehouse staff
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting showroom environment
- Monitor and replenish office and showroom supplies
- Maintain open order reports for the sales team
- Manage calendars and appointments for Sales Associates
- Process customer returns, damage claims, and shipping issues
- Handle showroom payments and daily cash reconciliation
- Coordinate delivery scheduling with the Branch Manager
- Assist with warranty claims and showroom events as needed
- Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Outlook and calendar management skills
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus (training provided)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Competitive pay: $25–$28/hour DOE
