Test Engineer Lead

• Develop and maintain enterprise-wide testing standards, tools, and methodologies.
• Provide training and mentorship to application team testers, implementing best practices.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to identify improvements in Virtualization, Test Automation, and Performance Engineering.
• Identify opportunities for Test Automation and support the automation team in maintaining the test suite.
• Manage resource allocation and utilization, ensuring readiness for testing phases.
• Report on testing health metrics and provide feedback for improvement while balancing team priorities.
• Stay updated with new test technologies and recommend their implementation to enhance current processes.

• Proficiency in testing frameworks and tools, with knowledge of at least one programming scripting language.
• Strong project management skills to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise in test automation and performance testing tools.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model and flexibility to adapt to project needs.

• Knowledge in Type Script, Java, Python.
• Experience with GitLab CI.
• Ability to work overtime if required to support team activities.
