Description
American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with home health experience for a Monday–Friday day shift position serving the Chico/Oroville area across Butte, Yuba, and Sutter Counties.
Details- Home health setting serving Butte, Yuba, and Sutter Counties, with the primary need currently in Butte County
- Service area covers the Chico and Oroville regions
- Monday–Friday day shift schedule
- Mileage reimbursement is provided in addition to compensation
- Current PT license required (license required if applicable)
- DPT required if degree was obtained after 2016
- BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
- Minimum 1 year of home health experience preferred; candidates without home health experience may be considered
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Candidates must have worked in their submitted specialty within the last 3 months
- Minimum 2 years of overall PT experience required
- Active, unrestricted state license required
- Candidates must provide date of birth and Social Security Number for consideration
- No prior hits on license will be considered
- RTO is limited to 5 days or fewer; candidates requesting more than 5 days of RTO will not be considered
- Two supervisor references required: one from within the past year and one from within the past two years
- Skills checklist for the PT/home health specialty must have been completed within the past year
- Training may be provided for candidates who lack direct home health experience
