Schedule: Rotating 12-hour Night Shift | 7:00 PM-7:00 AM

Your Ticket to the Crew- Diploma or GED required; extra points for mechanical know-how
- 5 years of maintenance experience (with at least one year with the same employer)
- Highly-qualified candidates have a technical degree or apprenticeship certification (and maintenance experience) in the corrugated industry or a similar environment
- Can handle hydraulics, pneumatics, wiring, and welders
- Ability to read a tape measure, micrometer, dial indicators, pi tapes, and manometers
- Reads and follows diagrams and repair guides
- Reliable, safe, and ready to roll every shift
- Sets up and operates lathe, drill press, grinder, band saw, milling machine, welder, etc., to make and repair parts
- Safely operate forklift and other material handling equipment
- Handle electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Jump on breakdowns to minimize downtime
- Follow safety checks and log all work
- Keep the floor clean, organized, and moving
