Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, overseeing contract employees atvarious client sites, and spearheading recruitment efforts for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions across our respected client base.With a diverse range of tasks, this role promises an environment where your abilities can increase, paving the way for a fulfilling and rewarding career experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive and vet job orders, securing approval from management to source, screen, interview, and present candidates to clients for consideration
Exercise independent judgment and strong interviewing skills to match candidates with suitable placements.
Maintain performance benchmarks outlined by the company, including recruitment metrics, community networking, and candidate placement follow-up.
Act as a liaison between Acara, clients, candidates, and contract employees, representing our company's values with professionalism and integrity.
Provide administrative oversight for contract employees and ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
Cultivate community relations through active engagement and community activities.
Retain a pool of temporary/contract employees to meet client demands.
Collaborate closely with fellow Recruitment Specialists to address client needs effectively.
Maintain regular communication with customers to address and resolve escalated personnel matters.
Uphold high ethical standards and maintain confidentiality at all times.
