Allied Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment.$750 referral bonus available
Opportunity:
Allied - CT Tech - Pediatrics
Job Details:
- Perform CT imaging procedures on pediatric patients
- Float to general radiology to assist with x-ray and portable imaging when no CT exams are scheduled
- Work with Two Siemens Alpha photon scanners
- Assist with x-ray procedures during night shifts when CT volume is lower
- Work alongside other technologists in shared work space
- Saturday and Sunday shifts required every weekend
- Required certifications: Current ARRT and BLS
- Experience with Cerner EMR system preferred, with transition to Epic in October
- Must be comfortable working with pediatric patient population
- Ability to perform portable imaging procedures as needed
