Description:As an employee of Channel Partners, you will be assigned to work in retail stores on a weekly, bi-weekly and/or one-time basis. You will be responsible for servicing retail stores within a 15-mile radius of your home address and can expect part-time, varying hours from week to week.
On average, you can expect to be scheduled 5-10 hours each week. Workload may vary drastically based on the time of the year.
Compensation:
Employees are paid an in-store and online training hourly rate of $16.00 per hour

Channel Partners Merchandiser Responsibilities:
Complete assigned merchandising projects accurately and on time, including stocking and organizing products, auditing placement, tagging/signing items, collecting data, setting displays, and maintaining planograms
Accurately report all completed in-store projects through a mobile app, including answering project-related questions and uploading required photos
Make routine decisions, escalate store issues when needed, manage schedules to meet deadlines, and resolve basic service-related issues
Build and maintain professional relationships with store personnel to support company and client goals
Create and foster cooperative relationships with Channel Partners employees including peers, CPS corporate employees, partners and managers
Continuously, more than 60% of the time:
Lift up to 10 pounds
Stand and walk up to 4 hours at a time
Visually see small items, numbers and codes
Repetitive use of fingers, wrists and hands
Frequently, 30% - 60% of the time:
Lift up to 25 pounds
Stoop and bend
Kneel and crouch
Reach above and below shoulder level
Occasionally, less than 30% of the time:
Lift up to 50 pounds
Climb ladders
Climb stairs, use escalators or elevators in assigned store if needed
Minimum Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of retail and merchandising operations, including understanding retail terminology and company software
Reliable transportation to stores within a 15-mile radius of your home and ability to transport supplies as needed
Internet access with printing and downloading capabilities
Regular access to a smart device with a data plan, app download capability, and photo upload functionality
Active email address and phone with voicemail
Strong communication skills in person, by phone and via email
Ability to organize, prioritize and complete projects by deadlines
Self-motivated with strong time management and problem-solving skills
Ability to use basic tools such as a screwdriver, box cutter and hammer
Ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt to changing priorities
