Job Description
As the Traveling Superintendent, you will report into senior field leadership and oversee the successful delivery of projects across multiple regions. You will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead all on-site construction activities across national project locations
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics to meet project milestones
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and quality standards
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
- Drive project execution across light industrial, cold storage, and data center builds
- Maintain detailed reporting on progress, risks, and budget alignment
- Foster strong relationships with clients and project teams

The Successful Applicant
For the Traveling Superintendent role, we are seeking:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial or industrial construction
- Strong background in light industrial, distribution, manufacturing, cold storage, or data center projects
- Willingness and ability to travel regionally or nationwide
- Demonstrated leadership managing subcontractors and field teams
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and safety practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to deliver high-quality projects in fast-paced environments
- Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 (commensurate with experience)
