Location: Cumberland, RI (100% On-site) Pay Rate: $23.00/hr Job Type: Temp-to-Hire (Conversion to Full-Time Employee eligible at 6 months based on performance)
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Enrollment Coordinator to join our Government Payer Enrollment team. This is a critical, onsite role located at our Cumberland corporate office. You will be responsible for ensuring our clinics and providers are properly credentialed and enrolled with Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payers so that they can continue providing vital care to our communities.
This position reports directly to the Manager of Payer Enrollment and requires a candidate who enjoys a collaborative, team-based environment and is comfortable handling physical mail and sensitive documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Application Processing: Manage the end-to-end processing of initial and revalidation enrollment applications for clinics and providers.
- Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure all individual applications submitted to Medicare and Medicaid programs meet strict government compliance standards.
- Provider Communication: Contact providers directly to obtain signatures, validate information, and manage revalidation notices.
- Revenue Cycle Support: Resolve claims issues within the corporate billing system to minimize denials and deactivations.
- Data Management: Maintain and update credentialing and billing systems with the most current provider and payer information.
- Relationship Management: Act as a liaison between Payer Relations, Revenue Cycle Operations, and Field Management to ensure seamless integration of enrollment processes.
- Safety Sensitive: This is a safety-sensitive role; candidates must be able to pass all required onboarding screenings.

- Location: 200 Highland Corporate Drive, Cumberland, RI.
- 100% Onsite: Candidates must be willing and able to work onsite daily. This role involves physical mail handling and cannot be performed remotely.

- Bilingual Skills: While not required, fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Experience:
- Preferred: 1–2 years of experience specifically with Medicare/Medicaid payer enrollment.
- Transferable Skills: Candidates with general insurance, medical billing, or revenue cycle experience are encouraged to apply and will receive training.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external vendors.
- Format: Single-round interview via Microsoft Teams.
- Timeline: Fast-track hiring; interviews typically occur within 1–2 business days of resume review.
Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
