🕒 40–45 hours/week | Day Shift | Monday–Friday

Mid-State Supply is one of Wisconsin’s leading wholesale distributors, and we’re looking for a reliable, motivated Warehouse Associate/Backup Delivery Driver to join our De Pere team. What You’ll Do
In this dynamic role, no two days look exactly the same. You’ll:
- Receive, organize, and put away incoming inventory
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory records with precision
- Serve as a backup delivery driver on local routes when needed
- Follow DOT and safety regulations to keep our team and customers protected
You’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly — from warehouse floor to customer door.
✅ What We’re Looking For- Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License (required)
- 21 years or older
- Clean driving record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with physical work (lifting, bending, walking)
- Knowledge of DOT regulations is a plus
- Previous delivery experience preferred (but not required)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Willingness to work occasional overtime when needed
