Job Description- Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Oversee project planning, including resource allocation and risk assessment.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and resolve any arising issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including budgets and schedules.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve optimal performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in project management.
