Known for its training and development programs, this GC has several high-profile hospital projects coming up and is looking for an experienced leader to manage them.

Job Description

Healthcare Project Manager - Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide project leadership and foster a proactive project safety culture
  • Oversee bid packages and subcontractor procurement.
  • Manage subcontractor meetings to ensure project goals are met.
  • Review invoices and documentation for timely funding.
  • Lead cost reporting, contracts, and scope revisions to maintain financial health.
  • Represent the GC in subcontract negotiations.

The Successful Applicant

Healthcare Project Manager - Successful Candidate Profile:

  • 5+ years of Construction Project Management experience.
  • Healthcare construction expertise (hospital projects & ICRA knowledge preferred).
  • Strong understanding of construction technology and skilled trades.
  • Ability to review and interpret all construction documents.
  • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Base salary: $110,000-$140,000
  • Bonus: $12,500-$20,000 annually (project/profit-based).
