Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation settings preferred.
- Demonstrated competency with ADL/IADL training, adaptive equipment recommendations, and discharge planning preferred.
- Location: Turtle Creek, PA.
