Responsibilities for our Material Coordinator include: * Assist Planner in ensuring materials are present with each Job order released to production.
- Assist Production Supervisor in communicating material requirements.
- Assist Production Supervisor in organizing materials in order to meet production goals.
- Interface with Engineering as required to troubleshoot bill of material inaccuracies.
- Perform Cycle counts to ensure inventory counts in stock and Floor inventory are correct.
- While performing the duties of the job, the coordinator is regularly required to stand for an extended amount of time (when kitting). Qualifications Required * Bachelors or equivalent
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Strong teamwork, communication and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to effectively manage changing/multiple priorities.
- Highly developed organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Qualifications Desired * Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Familiar with Deltek Costpoint
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while maintaining focus on objectives. Required Certifications: None
