Offering full service construction & general contracting services, projects ranging from small scale TI to large renovations & ground-up - to Lifescience, Commercial, Academic, and Medical clients.
They have a strong pipeline of work stretched over the next 3+ years and need a strong estimator to jump on board!

Job Description
The Construction Estimator is responsible for:
- Preparing accurate quantity take‑offs and cost estimates for ground‑up and tenant improvement projects.
- Developing and assembling detailed bid packages, including subcontractor scope reviews and comparisons.
- Analyzing construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements to identify risks and cost drivers.
- Assisting with conceptual budgeting, value engineering, and preconstruction planning.
- Supporting proposal development and participating in bid review and award meetings.
- Collaborating closely with project managers, superintendents, and operations teams to ensure smooth project handoffs.
- Maintaining organized estimating files, historical cost data, and bid documentation.
- Assisting with change order pricing, scope clarifications, and cost reconciliation as needed.
- Utilizing Excel for bid leveling, estimate summaries, and cost tracking (no advanced modeling required).
- Contributing to continuous improvement of estimating processes and best practices.

The Successful Applicant
The right candidate will have:
- 3+ years of estimating experience with a General Contractor.
- Strong preference for candidates with ground‑up commercial construction experience.
- Life Sciences project experience is a significant plus.
- Comfortable estimating both large commercial projects and smaller, fast‑paced TI work.
- Confident, proactive, and able to jump into projects with minimal oversight.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel.
