A South Florida-based commercial general contractor founded by a former Senior PM from a nationally recognized builder. The company specializes in tenant improvements, renovations, and selective ground-up projects, typically ranging from $100K to $3M.

With a strong pipeline and consistent growth across Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties, they are actively expanding their field team.

Job Description

Manage commercial interior projects (restaurants, Class A office, medical)
Lead site operations from preconstruction through closeout
Oversee subcontractors, schedules, and quality control
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Take full ownership of projects in a hands-on GC environment

The Successful Applicant

7-8+ years of commercial construction experience
Background with a smaller GC (full project lifecycle exposure)
Strong experience in interiors (restaurant, office, or medical TI)
Proven ability to run projects independently

What's on Offer

$100K-$120K base salary
5-10% bonus + 401K (4% match)
90% healthcare covered + $500/month allowance
