We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Marketing Communications Assistant for immediate start opportunities.

Position Overview

As a Marketing Communications Assistant, you will represent nonprofit partners and support public-facing marketing campaigns through in-person engagement, event coordination, and community outreach. This is not a remote or call center role—you will work directly with the public at events and outreach locations.

You will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, donor engagement, and community participation for nonprofit campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support execution of event marketing, fundraising, and community outreach campaigns
  • Engage with the public at live events, retail activations, and community programs
  • Communicate campaign messaging for nonprofit and charity partners
  • Provide clear, professional, and engaging customer interactions
  • Assist with event setup, logistics, and on-site coordination
  • Track engagement and support basic campaign reporting
  • Collaborate with team members to meet outreach and performance goals
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and high-energy presence

Requirements (Entry-Level – No Experience Required)

We provide full paid training and mentorship. No prior experience is necessary.
