• Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity take-offs for commercial construction projects
• Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to ensure scope completeness
• Solicit, analyze, and level subcontractor bids
• Develop conceptual, schematic, and GMP-level budgets
• Participate in value engineering and cost optimization exercises
• Collaborate with project management and operations teams during preconstruction
• Maintain historical cost data and contribute to continuous improvement of estimating processes

• Proven experience as an Estimator within commercial construction
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods
• Experience producing accurate estimates across multiple project phases
• Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines

• Competitive base salary: $90,000 - $120,000 (dependent on experience)
