Entry Level Bilingual Sales Representative

Were looking for a motivated, people-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing home improvement sales team. In this role, youll work with homeowners on various home improvement solutions, build strong relationships, and guide clients through the process of upgrading their homes.

Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up on leads through networking, referrals, and company-provided opportunities
Conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients
Educate customers on green energy solutions and home efficiency upgrades
Present customized solutions based on customer needs
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
Stay up to date on products, incentives, and industry trends
QualificationsPrevious sales experience preferred (but not required we provide training)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
Comfortable speaking with homeowners and presenting solutions
