Position SummaryThe TAS is a critical role in our unique customer model to execute the BMS
aspiration to be the BioPharma that delivers the most impactful engagement with
Health Care Providers (HCPs), driving adoption of new and existing medicines for
appropriate patients.
The primary role of the TAS is to drive demand for BMS medicines within theirportfolio for the appropriate patients. To meet the HCPs expectations, the TAS
engages them with a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper
scientific dialogue on and consistent with label, leveraging new ways of working
and CE^3.
The role builds and maintains strong professional credibility with regional
thought leaders (RTLs) and community-based physicians/HCPs in private practice, medical groups practices, office staff, and other stakeholders in the patient carecontinuum as their primary point of contact.
The TAS liaises with other BMS functions as needed to deliver an overall higherCustomer Experience (Cx) - by meeting HCP needs in a timely and scientific
manner. This role will prioritize the safe and appropriate use of BMS products
while also focusing on overall business results and performance objectives while
exemplifying BMS values.
The TAS role is field-based. A TAS is anticipated to spend 100% of their time in thefield with external customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesPortfolio Promotion
- Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory
- Creates demand for BMS medicines by articulating in a balanced manner
patients.
- Engages with and continuously maintains/grows a high level of scientific

Compensation Overview:
Field - United States - US: $124,090 - $150,370
The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee's work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience.Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
