- Schedule Options: 5x8s or a combination of 2x8s + 2x12s, discussed during interview
- Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed hours
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,120 - $2,230
- Call Requirements: One weeknight shift per pay period, plus one 48-hour weekend call every 8 weeks
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room nursing or perioperative nursing experience
- BLS certification required
- Cerner experience preferred
- Strong teamwork, communication, and patient advocacy skills
- Ability to adapt to a busy surgical environment and on-call expectations
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in the Operating Room
- Prepare patients, instruments, and supplies for surgical procedures
- Assist surgeons and procedural teams throughout the perioperative process
- Monitor patients and respond appropriately to changes in condition
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols
- Collaborate with the surgical team to support efficient, compassionate patient care
