Providence Mount St. Vincent is seeking two Travel Physical Therapists for an ASAP start. Join a respected SNF team in Seattle and work with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to helping patients maximize mobility, function, and independence.
Assignment Details:
- Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Schedule: 5x8 Day Shifts
- No Weekends
- Two Openings Available
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients in the SNF setting
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence
- Collaborate with nursing and rehabilitation teams
- Complete timely documentation and patient education
