AHA BLS1 Year Ambulatory Care exp
Cardiac Nursing experience with management of Heart Failure and /or Heart Transplant recipients.
Ability to float to other UCSF Facilities.
This position will be responsible for coordination of care for patients who have heart transplants: Immunosuppression monitoring
Prophylactic Antibiotic ManagementMonitoring for organ rejection
Monitoring for infection
All other routine and typical patient monitoring
Preferred: Exp in the management of other organ transplant recipients.
Pheonix expWorking knowledge of immunosuppressive therapies.
