• Late-model fleets: under 18 months old – 2023 or newer Freightliner Cascadia, International LT, or equivalent.
• Automatic transmissions, APU, inverter, and refrigerated or dry van options.
• Tractors maintained in-house; no idle time on repairs.

• Health Blueprint: Medical, dental, and vision starting day 31.
• 401(k) with company match after 90 days.
• Paid orientation and training.

• Pet policy: Well-behaved dogs and cats allowed in cab with $50 one-time deposit.
