Business Loan Account Manager

Responsibilities:
The purpose of the Business Loan Account Manager is to assist with the servicing of the Member Business Loan (MBL) portfolio to contribute to delivering high levels of member satisfaction, while ensuring financial safety and soundness. This position is responsible for performing sales support, key credit and administrative functions, change in terms, maturity extensions, engaging in member contact via in-person and phone contacts and assisting with credit union compliance for all applicable regulations and policies.
A significant degree of creativity, data analysis and problem-solving skills are required in order to solve a wide variety of issues that may arise. This associate should have the skills to be able to take uncomplicated transactions from the application phase all the way through settlement, while communicating with the member from start to finish.

Compensation Overview:
We are excited to offer a competitive salary for this position. This figure serves as the entry point in our salary range, and there is potential for the actual salary to be higher based on a variety of factors, such as your experience, skills, education, and location.We believe in recognizing and rewarding talent, so our compensation packages are thoughtfully designed to reflect the unique qualifications and contributions of each candidate.
The minimum salary for this position is: $63,000.00+/yr
