- Setting: Float Pool supporting Med/Surg telemetry and step-down units
- Location: Beachwood, OH 44122
- Start Date: 08/03/2026
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 12-hour nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
- Weekly Hours: 36 hours
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,800 - $1,890
- Active RN license in good standing
- Experience with telemetry and/or step-down patient care preferred
- Ability to work night shift and maintain a consistent set schedule
- Current required onboarding and compliance documentation as assigned
- Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability in a float pool environment
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg and telemetry patients
- Support step-down unit patients as needed based on staffing and patient acuity
- Perform comprehensive assessments, monitor changes in condition, and respond appropriately
- Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and facility protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote positive patient outcomes
- Document patient care accurately and maintain timely clinical records
- Adapt quickly to changing unit needs while delivering dependable patient care
