Job Description
The Construction Lead Estimator will be responsible for:
- Reporting directly to the Director of Estimating
- Working hand-in-hand with the Project Management team
- Generating conceptual, schematic, lump sum, GMP, design development, and other types of estimates
- Creating and maintaining strong relationships with repeat/potential clients
- Attend meetings and contribute to presentations

The Successful Applicant
The Estimator Heathcare/Academic projects will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Estimating, specifically leading Healthcare or Academic construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare and academic construction processes, codes, and regulations.
- Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera, Procore, Microsoft Project, on-screen takeoff).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within budget and schedule constraints.
- Solid understanding of construction contracts, risk management, and legal requirements.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Attention to detail, with a focus on quality assurance and compliance.
