- Active BLS or willig to obtain - [REQUIRED]
- Valid drivers license and car insurance - [REQUIRED]
- Copy of agency's IL nursing license included in submission - [REQUIRED]
- Will consider someone with strong Med Surg experience with some Home Health experience
- COVID and FLU vaccination required - DECLINATIONS WILL NOT BE APPROVED **Please add vaccination status in the profile**
- OASIS and start of care experience - [Strongly preferred]
- Manager is wanting to review local candidates!
